How to Acquire[]
Fill a cheese tray with four units of curd, then place the tray on a cheese rack in a cellar for 53 hours (RL). The curds will take some time to change into cheese. After changing, the cheese will not change until removed from the rack and placed again. Cellar Cheddar can be placed in a log cabin or stone mansion to be turned into Brodgar Blue Cheese or in a mine to turn into Cave Cheddar. All other location will turn it into Generic Gouda.
