You must have winemaking to plant grape seeds.
How to Acquire[]
Eat raw grapes, or press them in a winepress to get grape seeds.
How to Use[]
In order to use seeds you need the winemaking skill and have to plow a field, then left click on the seeds in your inventory and right click on the plowed ground, your character will move over to the plowed field and plant the seed. Then after a while it will become harvestable. Right click and hit "Harvest" and you should get up to 3 grapes depending on your nature/industry level.
